At the age of 13, Klugh was captivated by the guitar playing of Chet Atkins when he made an appearance on the Perry Como Show.His sound is a blend of these jazz, pop and rhythm and blues influences, forming a potpourri of sweet contemporary music original to only him.For their album One on One, Klugh and Bob James received a Grammy award for Best Pop Instrumental Performance of 1981.Super Guitar decided to go for it.Atlanta five years ago and I built a studio in my home.On the Beatles tune I used a Michael Roberts guitar.Are these complete performances or did you punch in in spots to clean things up?So some of the squeaks had to stay on there.How has your recorded tone changed over the years?The next day we went to Sears and I bought a few of his records.The rest is history for me.So that was your major revelation moment?Beatles, Burt Bacharach, Brazilian music.When I was growing up I was exposed to Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, Hank Williams, and Patsy
