evaluation of production, selection and negotiation with suppliers, attention
to institutional clients, development and design of new products, publicity,
among others.It is one
program outside the traditional scheme from studies to which I was accustomed,
because of the relation with the teachers that is very near, and because of the
interaction among the students, since education is within learning communities,
in which all we have a near communication to help us in our studies and to
support us when we have doubts.Also I had taught classes of marketing during two years for adults who
work and study.It is a great honor to have the opportunity to
receive you in our city, and our university and I hope that together we pruned
to obtain enriching experiences and learning that help us to be better persons

class.My first prokect at my
company coming from my OD experience its the Action Research Project, where we
have to solve a problem, improved functioning or generate a change by making a
very big research, learining about it, develop methods and actioning in our

Monterrey.Wednesday thru Sunday) we course
two courses related with OD, and the two remaining days one topic related with
professional competencies.In every quarter we also take two online curses.
